warm welcome convenient location rushed information hard bacon
the staff welcomed me warmly at reception, setting a positive tone. the location is convenient, near the skytrain and many restaurants are just outside. i loved the pool, even though the water was a bit cold when i first got in. the pool area was clean and well-kept, which i appreciated.
The information i received upon arrival was rushed and not very helpful. breakfast was quite disappointing. The bacon was too hard and the selection of food was strange. i went elsewhere for breakfast after the second day.

customized menu gourmet treat excellent linen damp smell outdated suite luxury standard
The hotel had a customized menu for breakfast. I found it a gourmet treat. Toiletries and linen provided in the room were excellent. The Thonglor neighborhood is an added advantage.
My suite did not match the pictures online. I quickly noticed the room smelled damp. The suite was showing its age (it was not up to a Small Luxury standard).

i appreciate the location. It is close to restaurants. Staff IS friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. I enjoyed coffee there.
the receptionist with dark skin was nasty. He spoke to me like i WAS a servant. I will not return to this place.

vibrant area spacious balcony comfortable sofa quality food
i found the hotel located in a vibrant area with many dining options and shops. the suite had a spacious balcony providing city views. the bed and sofa were particularly comfortable (i slept very well). the breakfast included both quality and variety and the staff was warm.
the information at check-in felt rushed and not very thorough. otherwise, it was a very positive stay.

the hotel benefits from a 24-hour supermarket nearby, a considerable convenience. many restaurants are available around the hotel. getting around is easy with taxis readily available.

attentive staff pool area upscale restaurants
i arrived very late but was upgraded to a suite. the staff were great. the pool area was well kept. nearby, there are a number of upscale restaurants within a short walk.
i found the information provided upon arrival to be a little rushed and not particularly helpful.

the concierge team, including suriya, provided helpful information about local attractions and transportation options. gavin was also very helpful . biggy shared a recommendation for a 'secret bar' within the hotel.

the bed was comfortable in my room. the air conditioning worked well. i had a full kitchen, two bathrooms and good aircon. note the glazed bathroom to the main bedroom might not be to everyone's taste, blinds don't give 100% privacy.

This hotel is located near a seven eleven. a steak house and a coffee shop are located in the retail complex at the base of the hotel. the hotel provides a free shuttle to the sky train and shopping mall. This is very convenient.

ZeBar at the poolside bar was friendly. He. Suriya offered wonderful local food recommendations that were Michelin rated. I appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and massages. A shuttle offered rides to the train.
The in-room phone did not function. Housekeeping did not appear even with the make-up room light activated. Public transport was not easily accessible because Grab or taxis are the main options.
